Privacy notice

1. Scope

This notice applies when you visit a WRNexus website, create or use an account, access a WRNexus product, communicate with our teams, or otherwise interact with a service that links to this notice.

It does not replace an organization’s own privacy notice or a separately executed data-processing agreement. Where a commercial agreement conflicts with this notice, the agreement controls for that customer relationship.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account and profile details, such as name, business email, role and authentication information.
• Organization, workspace, billing and subscription details.
• Content, files, records, messages and configuration submitted through enabled products.
• Support requests, feedback, survey responses and other communications.

Information generated through use

• Device, browser, IP address, timestamps and diagnostic information.
• Product activity, feature usage, audit events and security signals.
• Cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, preferences, reliability and measurement.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and administer requested services; authenticate users; operate connected workflows; process subscriptions; provide support; maintain reliability and security; prevent abuse; improve products; communicate service information; and comply with contractual or legal obligations.

Where required, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate operational and security interests, consent, or compliance with law. The applicable basis depends on the relationship, location and type of information.

4. How we share information

We may share information with the organization responsible for your workspace, authorized workspace members, vendors that operate services on our behalf, integration providers you enable, professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We may also disclose information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements. WRNexus does not sell personal information for money.

5. Security and retention

WRNexus uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant isolation, auditability and security monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with law. Retention may also be controlled by the organization administering a workspace.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update certain profile and preference information through your account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing.

If your account belongs to an organization, direct workspace-data requests to that organization first. We assist customers with verified requests where required. We may need to verify identity and retain information permitted by law.

7. International use

WRNexus and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.

Children

WRNexus business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public website.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate service or website notice, and the date above will be revised.
