Build the boring, critical parts of SaaS

We’re a small, opinionated, distributed team building the identity, workspaces, and billing shell modern SaaS teams reach for. We hire engineers who think in failure modes.

What we value

How we work

Principles that show up in every code review, every hiring decision, every product call.

  • Security mindset

We ship code that runs identity for other companies. We act like it — security review is the first review, not the last.

  • Build small, ship sharp

Small surface area, sharp edges. We’d rather ship one feature that lasts five years than five features we have to apologise for.

  • Distributed by default

We hire across timezones and design our processes around async-first communication. No mandatory meetings before 10am local.

  • Honest economics

Transparent pricing for customers, transparent compensation for the team. Salary bands are published internally.

The package

Compensation & benefits

Top-of-market pay, real equity, a humane workweek.

  • Fully remote

Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. No HQ, no relocation.

  • Unlimited PTO

Minimum four weeks per year, no upper bound. We track to make sure people take it.

  • Above-market salary

Top-tier salary bands benchmarked against the 75th percentile globally.

  • Real equity

Meaningful equity grants with a 10-year exercise window and modern vesting terms.

  • Health insurance

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage globally.

  • Tools that work

Your choice of hardware, every SaaS subscription that helps you ship faster.

  • Learning budget

Annual budget for conferences, books, and courses — including security certifications.

  • Twice-yearly off-sites

The team meets in person twice a year for planning + bonding. Always somewhere walkable.

What to expect

Our hiring process

Five steps. No surprises. We aim to wrap the whole thing in three weeks or less.

  1. Apply

Email careers@wrnexus.com with your CV and a short paragraph on what you want to work on.

  2. Intro call

A 30-minute conversation to understand fit, motivations, and answer your questions.

  3. Take-home

A paid, time-boxed take-home (~3 hours) reflective of real work. No leetcode.

  4. Team day

A half-day with two future teammates. One technical deep-dive, one collaborative debug.

  5. Reference + offer

Two reference calls, then a written offer within 48 hours. We share the salary band up front.
