By accessing or using WRNexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Service Description

WRNexus provides a multi-product SaaS platform including SMS marketing, email marketing, webmail, social media management, cloud storage, AI content generation, and project management. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Features and limitations are described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.3 Credits

SMS, email, and AI credits are allocated monthly based on your plan. Unused credits expire at month-end. Additional credits can be purchased separately and do not expire.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WRNexus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service. You warrant that you have the right to upload all content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRNEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for serious violations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Governing Law
