This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data WRNexus (a product of WORKROOT IT SOLUTIONS LLP) holds about you — including any data we received when you signed in with Facebook / Meta Login. You can either delete your data yourself from your account settings, or send us a request and our privacy team will action it for you.
1. Overview
You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your WRNexus account at any time. There are two ways to do this: a self-service option inside your account, and an email request handled by our privacy team. Both result in the permanent deletion or anonymisation of your personal data, subject only to records we are legally required to retain.
2. Delete your data yourself
The fastest way to delete your data is to do it yourself:
- Sign in to your account at account.wrnexus.com.
- Open Settings → Data.
- Use Export your data first if you want a copy, then choose Delete your account and confirm.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, workspace memberships, and the personal data linked to your account, including any data obtained via Facebook / Meta Login.
If your workspace used the WhatsApp Business feature,
deleting the workspace also removes the WhatsApp data we processed on your
behalf — recipient numbers, message content and metadata, inbound replies,
delivery receipts and consent (opt-in / STOP) records.
Note that WhatsApp messages already delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud
API are also held by Meta and the recipient; request their deletion through
Meta where applicable.
3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in — or prefer that we handle it for you — email a
deletion request to
privacy@wrnexus.com
with the subject line Data deletion request. Our privacy team
will verify your identity and action the request.
4. Data from Facebook / Meta Login
If you created your account or signed in using Facebook / Meta Login, the only data we receive from Meta is your name, email address and the Facebook account identifier used to link your login — we never receive your Facebook password or post on your behalf. Deleting your WRNexus account (by either method above) also removes this Meta-sourced data. You can additionally revoke WRNexus from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites at any time.
5. What to include in your request
To help us locate and verify your account quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your WRNexus account.
- If you signed up with Facebook / Meta Login, the email address linked to that login.
- Whether you want your data exported before deletion, or deleted immediately.
- Any workspace name(s) you belong to, if known (this speeds up lookup).
- If your request concerns WhatsApp messaging data, the WhatsApp recipient number(s) involved, if known.
Please send the request from the email address on the account where possible, so we can verify ownership without additional steps.
6. Response & processing time
We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days of verifying your identity. Some records may be retained for longer where the law requires it (for example, tax and invoicing records); these are kept only for the legally mandated period and are then deleted. We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted.
